Frightful video shows second shooter started shooting at Orlando Halloween festivity prior to being brought somewhere around legend cop

Frightening film shows when a 17-year-old shooter starting to shoot during a Halloween festivity in midtown Orlando that left two dead — and the second a brave cop handled the shooter.


Video delivered by the Orlando Police Office Friday supposedly shows Jaylen Dwayne Edgar strolling through the group in a yellow shirt and rucksack before he begins shooting, sending costumed revelers making tracks.
