US President Joe Biden has approved Ukraine to send off restricted strikes into Russia utilizing US-made long-range rockets, in a major strategy shift before Donald Trump gets down to business in January, two individuals acquainted with the choice said.



The move follows the sending of thousands of North Korean soldiers to help Russia, and a flood of strikes by Moscow on Ukrainian urban communities throughout the end of the week.
